What We Offer
At Nicole’s House of Hope, we help you become a functional member of society once again. Our organization in Atlanta, Georgia provides a diverse range of development programs and supportive services to train and care for you as you return to self-sufficiency.
Case Management
We provide ongoing case management plans for the residents. Our managers work closely with residents to ensure that their growth plan is on target and up to date. By continually monitoring and evaluating each resident’s progression, we can implement corrective actions to the plan as needed.
Case managers also maintain accurate documentation of service objectives and participate in resident-related meetings and training. They conduct crisis intervention and prepare case-related reports.
Transitional to Shared Permanent Housing
Our transitional and shared permanent homes take care of single men, single women and women with children who are struggling with mental health issues, substance abuse, and homelessness. We have 5 homes, 4 apartments and 65 beds to assist residents in developing daily life skills and utilizing community resources. With this housing program, we provide our residents with the knowledge and skills needed in an independent living environment.
Three housing workers manage this program and provide support for all our residents. Meanwhile, house support workers encourage clients to become more self-sufficient by improving their communication, housekeeping, and conflict resolution skills and providing constant support on their road to recovery. Some of the skills we teach our clients include:
